My friend and I won the S’more Tried and True workshop, and it was such a fun experience! It was my first time trying tufting, and I absolutely loved it—10/10 recommend! The instructors at the studio were super friendly and walked us through every step, from tracing the design and picking yarn to using the tufting gun, gluing, and trimming. There were so many yarn colors and we got to choose our own designs. The tufting gun is a bit heavy, but once you get the hang of it, it became easier to use. The whole experience was unique and so fun! I highly recommend trying it out, especially if you’ve never tufted before! The workshop offers different options like rugs, mirrors, and coasters, and it lasted about 4 hours—definitely worth it!
