Looking for a free and family-friendly activity? Located on Long Island, Clark Botanic Garden is a lovely place to spend the afternoon. It is on the smaller side, but it’s free so I can’t really complain. It is fun to walk around, especially with children. Sometimes they have events and festivals on the weekends. It’s fun to see the different types of flowers in each season. Great for a pleasant afternoon.
