I am Char Siu’s biggest fan. I probably have some form of Chinese bbq 2 times a week at least. This is one of my favorite places called RongWang Cantonese! 2 selection combo for $11. But the roast duck is always crispy even at the end of the day. The char siu is always juicy. Let me know if you try! - Ari
