Catching the last Cherry Blossoms in DC
Last weekend, my friends and I took a trip to Washington, D.C. to see the cherry blossoms. Unfortunately, a big rainstorm had knocked a lot of the petals off, but we still found a few beautiful trees that were full of blossoms and took tons of photos.
There was also a tulip event near the Tidal Basin—super photogenic and totally worth checking out!
We saw paddle boats for rent too—$40 per hour, which isn’t bad if you split it between four people ($10 each). The afternoon turned out sunny, so I got to relax and enjoy some lovely moments with great company.
