I was lucky enough to finally score lottery tickets for Cabaret on TodayTix. I went in without knowing anything about the musical, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Unlike other Broadway shows, this cast interacts with the audience, some spectators even get the chance to go on stage. The story is quite deep, but the music is what made it truly memorable. It’s a unique experience from the moment you step into the venue: they place a sticker over your phone camera, so you’re not allowed to take any pictures, not even during intermission. Everything is beautifully decorated and reminiscent of the Jazz Age. The performers are phenomenal, and I personally loved the costumes. Definitely worth it!
