Such a great brunch spot in Hoboken. Definitely will have to go back again, just for the cocktails! I’ve never been to a restaurant where almost every single cocktail sounds refreshing and delicious. I definitely worked my way through the menu a bit… I am just a girl 🤷‍♀️ Barbès is an adorable french bistro with indoor and outdoor seating, plus it’s dog friendly out on the patio🐶 Service is impeccable, everyone is incredibly sweet and accommodating. I ordered the steak and eggs, which definitely filled me up 😋 Steak was a little bit chewy but otherwise, so so good. Also, I can’t not recommend taking a peel at the drink menu.
