When I used to live in Brooklyn Heights this was one of the breakfasts spots I would frequent. Since moving away, I haven’t been back at all but decided to visit since we were in Brooklyn Heights today. This opened over a year ago and there was a lot of hype around it, but I was surprised to see that there was still a line after all this time! Proves that it is just THAT good 🥐 They have many pastry and drink options and everything we’ve tried from their regular croissants to the pistachio rose croissant has been delicious. It’s perfect but the only think that knocks it a few points down is that they don’t heat it. It’s winter so the pastries ended up being cold, which def affects the overall experience. Rating 🥐 9/10 perfect pastries but unheated
