This is personally my favourite place to view the cherry blossom flowers. It the Brooklyn Botanical Garden in prospect park. The entrance is right beside the Brooklyn museum at grand army plaza. There are discounted tickets for nyc residents and members but otherwise also it is affordable. I went on a cloudy day hence the pictures might not be as amazing. Do check the weather app prior! They have huge plantations of tulips, magnolias, roses, daffodils, and ofc cherry blossoms. The peak bloom time depends on the weather and you can expect to see flower’s all through April. The Japanese garden is my absolute favourite. It’s lined with cherry blossom trees around a pond. They have greenhouses for different climates like desert, tropical, rainforest, and others where the temperature is controlled for the plants from that region. The bonsai collection is also huge and pretty. They do have a restaurant and cafe within the property which doesn’t have much options so do visit after having a proper meal.
