The best ramen we’ve ever had (and we have been to Japan twice). The tonkotsu, gyoza, and edamame were all amazing. My sister did not see anything on the menu that was explicitly vegan, but they offered to make the ramen with vegetable broth and rice instead of noodles. She loved her meal as well!
