We recently dined at Myung Dong Noodle House on Lemoine Avenue in Fort Lee, New Jersey, and were thoroughly impressed with our meal. We ordered their signature MD Kalguksu, Yookgaejang, and Galbitang, and each dish showcased the restaurant’s commitment to quality and flavor. The MD Kalguksu featured in-house freshly made noodles in a rich, savory broth, offering a comforting and authentic taste. The Yookgaejang provided a delightful spicy kick, while the Galbitang’s tender short ribs in clear broth were both hearty and satisfying. The restaurant’s dedication to using natural ingredients and preparing food with purified water was evident in the freshness and taste of each dish.
