My friend and I went to the West Village location Apollo Bagels on a Saturday afternoon and the wait wasn’t too bad, around 15 minutes. Really unique texture/flavor with their sourdough bagels, crusty outside with chewy inside and a little tang from the sourdough. I got the open-faced lox bagel on everything, while my friend opted for a bagel with their vegan cream cheese (great if you are lactose intolerant). The toppings were super fresh, flavorful and generous portion! Really simple menu but they are just sticking to the things they are good at!
