I took this class with Power Plus Wellness. It was an amazing experience! The instructor had so much patience and really helped with some scary moves. You really have to trust the silks! At one point in the class we fully immersed ourselves and created a cocoon with the silk and just sat there in stillness. A truly beautiful moment, at one with yourself, suspended in air. I highly recommend!!!
