A big yes to The Ness πͺπ»π― High energy bounce workout
Shoutout to Smore x The Ness for organizing this complimentary class β what a blast! I thought bouncing on a trampoline would be a breeze, but geez, was I wrong! Wrangling those jumps was a wild ride, and I'll admit, I had a few shaky moments imagining myself taking a tumble, especially with travel plans on the horizon. But once I found my groove, it was pure exhilaration!
We kicked things off with 25 minutes of high-flying trampoline action, followed by a 15 minute weight workout and some chill cooldown moves. Props to them for the cute weights and sweat towel β they really know how to take care of their class! (Check out the 3rd pic)
The space itself is decked out and cozy, with a sweet little changing area to boot. And just look at the view outside the window.
As a first-timer to group workouts, I was blown away by the vibe! Even when I was sweating buckets, the energy of the class kept me pumped. Now I totally get why people love working out in groups!
If only The Ness was closer to my place β I'd be signing up for classes left and right.
