This wine tasting 101 class at Community Wine and Spirits was a special S’More Scout program event and it was a blast! The workshop was located in the back of a nice spacious wine shop, where they host a lot of fun classes. I’ve always been a bit intimidated by wine since I rarely drink, so I appreciated the relaxed class structure. We had plenty of time to chat with our table while we looked at, smelled, and tasted all the different types, including one sparkling, 3 whites, 3 reds, and a dessert wine. The instructor was so friendly and knowledgeable and happy to answer all of our questions. It was definitely a fun way to learn more about the language of wine!
