    Great deal for first-timers. $55 gets you 3 sessions + 1 complimentary smoothie. Their courses are split into 2 parts, first half cardio and second half strength training. I visited the Chelsea location in NYC where you have the option of cycling or running for the cardio portion. I opted for cycling and it was very intense.
