we went to bayan ko diner for brunch when visiting chicago, which i heard so many good things abt and are known for their filipino/cuban cuisine cannot recommend the silogs enough - longanisa sausage, eggs, garlic rice 😧 everything on that plate was chef's kiss 🤌 also loved the ube pancakes, it was fluffy and light 🍠 and chicken skewers too 🍗 the pork belly adobo was also very good flavor wise but the cut was a little too fatty/heavy for my liking it was very affordable too, and i loved the service and atmosphere! would def come back 😻
