Vertical Rock Indoor Climbing and Fitness Center is awesome!! They have locations in Tysons Corner and Manassas, VA - super close for a visit right outside of D.C.! I am usually terrified of climbing, but I tried both bouldering and roped climbing here with the encouragement of friends and my boyfriend @Shannon & @BillyBob123456 Highly recommend going with friends, especially since you’d need a belaying partner (and someone to snap a quick pic of you!) when you’re there if you’re doing roped climbing! I most likely won’t be doing tooooo much climbing in the future since it’s not my cup of tea, but it’s definitely something to try every once in a while when my friends are going! 🧗🧗‍♀️🧗‍♂️
