This adorable place on Long Island is super walkable and easy to navigate (with a map of course!). My friend had a state pass, so we got in for free but there is a small price of $8 if you don’t have it. There’s a visitor center and they are super helpful in terms of helping you out. We didn’t explore the whole place but honestly, if wouldn’t take more than a day to do so. We found little nooks and crannies to explore—you can even go into some trees! Make sure to wear long sleeves, though, because there are tick warnings everywhere. If you want you can get a tour of the mansion, and I believe you can even book parts of this estate for events like weddings. In fact, we saw a wedding happening while we were exploring!
