i had the most incredible opportunity to visit the guggenheim museum FOR FREE thanks to the culture pass! 🎫 (if you don’t know, the culture pass lets nyc library cardholders visit a variety of cultural gems for free, & it's definitely worth taking advantage of!) i saw the ~harmony & dissonance~ exhibit, which is a limited-time feature at the museum. the pieces were dynamic, thought-provoking, & truly immersive. even though i don’t have much advanced knowledge of anything related to art, as a music major, i loved seeing the visual connect to some musical compositions that i’ve heard of or studied! it’s only available for a little while longer, so if you get the chance, don’t miss it! the guggenheim’s iconic spiral architecture added an extra layer of awe to the experience. it’s such a unique space to explore! if you’re a new yorker🗽 with a library card, definitely take advantage of this amazing program. you won’t regret it! ✨
