👋🏾 ‘Ello! I am your New York-London travel correspondent reporting to your from Regents Canal in Camden Town (London 🇬🇧). One of my favorite hobbies while traveling abroad is visiting bookshops to see what the locals are reading (but also to force a meet cute with bookish person who loves reading 🤭). I’ve made a list of bookshops to visit before I arrived and the most interesting one is located on the water! 🛶 @Word.on.the.water is London’s Bookbarge on the Regents Canal. It’s giving major cottagecore vibes with its cozy interior packed with shelves of various titles. There’s even a wee fire stove in the back with some comfy chairs so you can pretend you’re a folkloric sea witch while you read and rock with the gentle waves of the canal.
