This restaurant was recently opened by one of India’s top chefs, who also happens to be one of the chefs hired at billionaire Ambani’s wedding 💍🎊 This is not your typical Indian restaurant in NYC 🙅🏽‍♀️ Most people are familiar with Northern Indian food, such as the popular “chicken tikka masala” and “butter chicken”. You will not get that here because this place serves the authentic taste of Kerala (Southern India) which has a different flavor profile. Every single dish I tried here was excellent. The dishes here are served tapas style, so that you can try out different items from the menu. My favorites were the coconut prawn and the seafood moilee soup 😍 The desserts are incredible too, especially the coconut cloud pudding, the filter coffee pudding, and the taro ice cream 🍨 **The cloud pudding is very exclusive, you can’t even order this for take out! Fun fact: this was not even allowed to be served at the Ambani wedding Definitely check out this place with your friends and fam. Even the bartender here is highly trained 🍾
