I got lunch for under $10 at Cha-Baa Thai & Sushi restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It was super delicious and a good size for me because I don’t eat a large lunch. Cha-Baa offers lunch specials. The soup and salad I get aren’t part of the lunch specials menu. The lunch specials priced out to about $15 each. Because I’m cheap, my favorite combo to order is a house salad ($2.50, second photo) and a Tom Kha soup with chicken ($5.50, third photo). One time I had the Lemongrass with Chicken soup ($5.50, last photo) and a house salad ($2.50), and that soup was too spicy for me. The sushi (Tuna Lover Roll with Tuna Sashimi) was something a colleague ordered. It cost more than $10. That plate cost $16. I know, I know, I clickbaited you. But would you have clicked on this if I’d made the soup the first image? 🤪 Some of my colleagues who go here more regularly will eat the green curry and panang curry. These look and taste delicious.
