⛵️On Saturday, my friends and I took to the high seas of the Hudson and East Rivers with Brooklyn Sail. This 2.5 hour *private* sailing tour took us around to spectacular sunset views of the Brooklyn Bridge, Statue of Liberty, World Trade Center, Ellis Island, Governors Island, Jersey City, Tribeca, Manhattan skyline and more! 🗽Brooklyn Sail is ran locally by brothers Ian and Andrew out of the One15 Brooklyn Marina near Brooklyn Bridge for the last 8 years. They offer private sails for 6 guests (6 is the legal limit) on their 34 foot Catalina, the Enchantress, which has a large deck and a spacious cabin boasting plenty of personal space to sit safely in the open air or inside. 🍾The best part is that you’re welcome to BYO food and drink. We crowdsourced a charcuterie board and brought our own champagne, canned beer, seltzer, and wine. However, a full drink menu is available for purchase. Sailing tours are offered 5 available times daily: 9:00am, 11:30am, 2:30pm, 5:00pm, and 7:30pm. 🌅Wrangling 5 other friends to join you on a sail can be tough so individual spots are available for $89-109.
