Radio Bakery Review! Is it worth the hype?
I went to Radio Bakery twice this weekend. I’ve heard about it so much on social media so wanted to try it. We went on Saturday around 11 and the wait was around 5-10 minutes, but when we walked in, their sandwiches weren’t cut and ready even though there were a ton stacked in the back. They told us to wait for 20 minutes or get one of the available pastries which there were only 5-6 options available so we left since we didn’t want to wait.
We tried again on Sunday and this time there were sandwiches available but many of the flavors were sold out so we ended up getting their burrata prosciutto sandwich and their ham and kale pesto sandwich along with another cheese pastry. Was it good? The quality of the ingredients were good but flavor wise it was lacking. Nothing stood out to me and it just didn’t have that wow factor that I had anticipated. On top of that each sandwich was $15 which was such a steep price. 💰
Would I come back? I personally wouldn’t because it seems like they’re always out of popular stock and the cost of what I’m paying for is simply to high. I’m not a sandwich person too so that doesn’t help 😅
Rating 6/10 overhyped and didn’t try the most popular items from social media
