The Salem Flea Marketplace is the physical counterpart to the Salem Flea (the outdoor market held in Derby Square every 3rd Saturday from May to August). The Salem Flea Marketplace features a curated collection of vintage goods (furniture, decor, clothing and accessories), artisan goods (candles, plants), local arts (prints, jewelry, stickers, shirts, rugs, etc.), and oddities (insects, figurines) from various vendors. Truly, there is something for everyone. The space is massive, with sprawling floors spanning two levels. Sections are divided out by category and vendor. Overall, it is bright and welcoming! I’ve found the Marketplace to be a good place for holiday and birthday shopping, as well as a fun place to visit and window shop.
