I initially wrote off these banking cafes as… excuse my language but….. corporate slop…. but I stand greatly corrected!! I’ve been to the Capital One cafe branches in Boston and NYC and every single one has the same friendly, communal atmosphere and bright aesthetic. That said, each individual cafe has it’s own vibe, and with the gorgeous views that the two-floor Seaport cafe offers I can’t help but consider it my favorite. As for the cafe, lots of great selections with seasonal picks too. I get the iced matcha latte or hot apple cider every time and neither fail to disappoint. Plus, with the 50% discount for anyone who uses a Capital One card to pay, it’s easily the most affordable cafe I know (I’m talking $2 drinks 🥹). And btw, anyone can visit, not just Capital One folks! It’s of course a huge advertisement for the bank but other than missing out on the discount, it’s entirely accessible to non Capital One users. Come hang out, get a drink or a snack, attend an event! It’s the perfect space to spend a spring afternoon. ☀️
