Had the opportunity to try Brochu’s Family Tradition in Savannah, Georgia, and I’ve got to say it’s one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at.
Got the Caper Brown Butter Oysters ($22 for a half dozen), Cheddar Rillette ($14, not pictured) and the Half Bird ($31) for 2 people.
All of the food was delicious, albeit a bit pricey, but I would say it was 100% worth it. I am not a huge fan of oysters but the way they roasted and seasoned it was sooo good. The only thing I regret was not getting the whole chicken dinner ($62) because I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to finish it all.
10 / 10 would definitely visit the next time I am down in Savannah.
Also visited Leopold’s ice cream. It was nice and light, but I still prefer Southern Custard over in Brookhaven.
