I tried Birria LES Chelsea and here's my review: 1. Esquites ($4.50) Rating: 3.5/10 The esquites had a prominent lime flavor that overshadowed the other ingredients. I was expecting more from this dish, but it was honestly really bland. 2. Beef Birria Taco ($4.50) Rating: 10/10 This taco was amazing! The beef was tender and the sprinkle of onions on top was 🤌. Overall, while the esquites missed the mark for me, I highly recommend the beef birria taco.
