Free Ear Piercing from Claire’s This Weekend! 👂💎✨
My sister and I went to the Claire x Susan Alexandra Popup earlier to get piercings! The store itself is so so cute and it was decked out with beaded earrings, charms, bags and other accessories. I waited in line for around 20 minutes with 7/8 people in front of me which was pretty good. They have you sign a waiver before you get pierced but the process itself literally took 1-2 minutes. And it was very painless! On websites it says you need to purchase something from there to get a free piercing but it was actually completely free with no purchase! And you get 4 choices for the type of earring you want: 3mm yellow gold ball 3mm white gold CZ 3mm yellow gold CZ White gold rainbow flower 10/10 👂Such a great event with not long wait time! I’d recommend doing early tomorrow and Sunday to avoid long waits 33 Orchard Street, sat sun 12-4pm

due to this factor, staying away from piercing guns should be taken seriously since blood is involved in the piercing/healing process. please go to a certified and licensed piercer at a tattoo shop. if budget is your concern, find a piercing apprentice going under training and it should be heavily discounted. ty for coming to my ted talk. 3/3

the harsh force of the gun can also permanently deform and shatter your cartilage and form excessive scarring. this can happen even with NO pain experienced. piercing guns also can’t be properly sterilized with an autoclave, encouraging the spread of bacteria and transmitted diseases. 2/3

PLEASE don’t get any [more] piercings from Claire’s or anywhere with a piercing gun. the needle is very blunt so instead of a clean pierce through, it will give you a very shredded up hole and excessive blunt trauma to the tissue. this will give you a harder/longer time with healing and more prone to infection. 1/3
