Jimmy T’s Place would actually hate being on this app. This diner is cash only, limited menu. I asked the waiter for almond milk with my coffee— he brought me half and half. Open since 1968 and considered a Capitol Hill staple. It’s a bit grungy and the staff is purposefully mean to you. Not my style, but the older crowd seemed to love it. Perfect for a breakfast with parents before touring the Capitol/Library of Congress.
