I have been seeing so many of those DIY malatang restaurants online and was super excited to try Zhangliang. Unfortunately, the experience was a bit mid for a high price point. The selection of food was not the most fresh. Additionally, there wasn’t much policy in place to prevent cross contamination at the food bar. I ended up paying around $20 for my bowl of food, which was really expensive. Likely will not visit again.
