But OVERALL, I had a great time! I had Joy, who did an amazing job imo. Massage part felt great (tho probs the first time I had someone massage me with gloves on lol). The hair wash felt nice and relaxing. A timer was set for Joy at the beginning but she went longer than the set timer - which 🫶🏼. I noticed Jing Jing was with another girl who came after I did and she was finished before I was 🫢. The blow dry could’ve been better - hair was still damp when I left but 💁🏻‍♀️. JJ said they might have someone to style hair next month. Can’t say if my hair felt softer after but it did feel clean! For their prices and location, I definitely plan on going back and would recommend to others! It’s definitely a no frills and lowkey sketchy lookin place 💀, so don’t expect a luxury spa experience. 📝 Avoid the awkward moments I went through lol: - Call to make an appointment. Say you want to schedule for a hair treatment and saw their 50% first time ad. (I was asked if I wanted shampoo or hair treatment, which made me question if the hair treatment included a shampoo - it does.) - The hair treatment came with a shoulder, neck, head massage, hair wash, “deep conditioner”, and blow dry (not a blowout). *Note: the massage part may have been part of the first time promo, not sure. 45 minutes total. - There is a pink robe/cover-up hanging in the “room”. Put it on after removing your top garments (can leave undergarment on just take off straps from shoulders).
