omg… 45 minutes never felt so challenging. 😅
my fave part of this studio was the energy⚡️⚡️⚡️ — it was NEXT LEVEL. the music was pumping, the vibes were electric, & i was 100% in the zone from start to finish.💥
the class was split between boxing bags & benches, so you're jumping back & forth between cardio & strength training🥵. it’s almost like circuit training — you're throwing punches like a pro, the next you're hitting bodyweight exercises on the benches. it’s a perfect combo of heart-pounding cardio & muscle-burning strength work. 💪🔥
after just 45 minutes, i was dead 💀💀 but in the best way possible. it’s crazy how much you can sweat & feel like you've pushed yourself to the limit in such a short amount of time.
