Raku Hells Kitchen
I recently checked out Raku in Hell’s Kitchen, and it’s fantastic! Known for their udon, Raku started in the East Village and also has a popular location in Soho. They’ve built a solid reputation for authentic Japanese comfort food, and it’s easy to see why. The noodles are perfectly cooked, the broths are rich and flavorful, and the cozy, modern vibe adds to the experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, but it can get busy, so plan ahead. If you’re into Japanese food, Raku is a must-try!
