Probably one of the best affordable seafood places I’ve ever been at. Cap’t Loui, located in the heart of Harlem offers a flavorful take on seafood, particularly specializing in Cajun and Creole cuisine. You are met with such a cozy and lively space upon entering the restaurant. As you see in the pictures I posted, the seating area is very lively and can get a bit crowded during busy peak hours. The menu has a wide variety of seafood options, but the standout is undoubtedly their signature seafood boil and fish and fries combo. Every time I order here, the seafood is always fresh and perfectly seasoned. Their homemade sauces to accompany them are also flavorful. The first picture I posted is their shrimp and fries combo. I personally love their tartar sauce with it. The only drawback might be the wait, especially during busy peak lunch and dinner hours, but it’s definitely worth it. This place is also open til pretty late and is available through uber eats as well. I used to order from here later at night during work at the hospital through uber eats.
