Escape the Cold - Sky Zone, Mount Olive NJđ
The biggest surprise during my time at Sky Zone was that I enjoyed it just as much, if not more, than the little girls I babysit!
This was seriously one of the best work outs I have ever had for myself. I was pretty sore the next day but in the hour or two that we spent hopping around, I certainly didnât feel winded at all or like I was having such an intense work out. It made me want to get a trampoline to have in my home, because having fun while exercising isnât exactly something I associate together, lol.
There were trampoline zones, foam pits to jump in, and even areas where kids can play basketball (yes, on trampolines). There was a tough obstacle course, but I didnât really experience that since there were a lot of kids there and I wasnât trying to crush anyone.
90 minutes at the park costs $29, but there are also all day passes available as well as even monthly memberships. I honestly wish they had a more adult-centered chain like this because while itâs great exercise, itâs definitely more kid-focused (Iâd feel weird coming here alone consistently just to exercise as a 26 y/o), but I would definitely go back with a group of friends for a fun night out.
