Took a day trip to Ocean City, Maryland this December to experience the magic that is Winterfest of Lights! I was super impressed with the experience you get at the price point. For only $8 pp, there were trails and trails of light displays that took us about an hour to walk through. I’ve really never seen anything like it. There were displays in the lake, so many photo ops, and even interactive displays that you could play with to change the colors of the lights. Pictures truly do not give this place justice - you have to be there to really see it and experience it for yourself. Bonus - there’s heater indoor and outdoor spots to warm up, and they were even serving hot chocolate and coffee at the snack shack along the path! It was an awesome, family friendly Christmas experience. It’s too late this year to go as it wrapped up on NYE, but definitely mark this one down in your calendars for next year. It’s open every day Christmas week and Wednesdays-Sundays in the weeks leading up after Thanksgiving.
