First time trying a pottery class!! I looked at various pottery classes but decided to try this one first because I am really fond of their cafe (great cappuccinos! community mission! funky vibe!) ✨ The instructor was funny & the class flew by — learned a basic “throw”? and made a small bowl after several attempts 💫 It was fun to get messy with the clay! 💅🏽 Not long nail friendly lol 👎🏽 Didn’t love that you couldn’t pick your own glaze colors ☹️ ✨ Overall glad I tried it once but I don’t think pottery is the craft for me, I’m fine with never doing it again but if you’re looking to try it once I’d support Art Shack! 😊 (note: photos are of the cafe I forgot to take pics of the class space 🙈 but it’s a cozy vibe and also wine/bevs/snacks for purchase!) 📍 BedStuy - Brooklyn
