The new club at 57 and Lex, Aura 57, was my recent visit for their live Jazz night. The space's lighting and design captivated me as it created an intimate lounge setting with booths and tables. They offer a cocktail menu with several variations on French 57 and two contemporary martinis. I tried the "Peach Ring" - a cocktail that struck a fine balance between sweet and tart. I appreciated that it wasn't overly sweet, unlike many drinks that contain an excess of simple syrup. It was essentially a peachy take on a lemon drop, very well-rounded. The Jazz Band was exceptional, and I appreciated the atmosphere they created with their style. My friend and I were able to maintain our conversation while they performed. The place itself adopts trendy colors and lighting, is well planned, and has neat, clean restrooms. On the whole, my friend @Paige and I thoroughly enjoyed our time. I'm eager to return and have a few friends who expressed interest after viewing my Instagram stories. @S’more City
