I went to pier 35 to swing on the free swings And take some pictures. It had quite a few people there but it wasn’t as over crowded. There are four swings in total. Some people were on the swing and others sat on the stair case leading up to them. There’s no procedure to use them, you can just go and when any of them aren’t being used you can use them. Along the side of the building there are also ferry’s parked that I believe carry you on tours but you may have to ask yourself to find out more when you get there. I had fun and got some great pictures 📸 The location is Google Maps It is opened to the public from 6:00Am to 12:00Am everyday.
