Guess what everyone, your resident matcha fairy is back on track! I stumbled upon Sorate while wandering in SoHo, and it's such a breathe of fresh air in the bustling streets. I tried the Soku Matcha Premium iced on its own and to my surprise, it was incredibly smooth and earthy, lacking any bitterness. I usually opt for the matcha latte, in fear of potential strong bitterness, but Sorate is so excellent that you should try it on its own. They also offer Gyokuro tea, for those who aren't a fan of matcha's grassy flavor. The aromatic and smoothness of Gyokuro is perfect for this summer day! Would definitely return to experience their tea tasting sessions in the future!
