Pickleball is all the rage but court prices are insane, almost the same as tennis court prices 🤒 There’re free courts scattered around the city, will share more as I discover them but the first one I found with free equipment is at Frank Principe park! There’s a big storage box inside the court with community donated paddles, and brand new balls, if you don’t wanna spend money on buying your own paddles and just wanna try it once this is a good start! Free to walk in on your own, wait isn’t too bad there’re 6 courts and people rotate pretty quickly. Hunters point community park in LIC also has free courts but bring your own paddles!
