Wilcoxson Brooklyn Ceramics at Greenpoint - Brooklyn 🏺 Walked into this shop because I love pottery, and the people I met who worked there, Mark & Kevin, were so sweet and lovely that I was completely sold into the idea of joining a workshop here. The shop is filled to the brim with these beautiful products that are for retail, bone dry pieces waiting to be put into a kiln, and student works from the hand-building workshops they hold in the store. I included a photo of their workshop deals (the last photo in this carousel) so you can see what the prices are and what items you could possible come home with after it’s all done. Mark also told me that workshops usually last between 3-6 hours, depending on what set you’ve chosen to make. In the same building, they have a sister studio called Loft Ceramic Studio that offers wheel-throwing and slip casting classes, so if that’s something you’re also interested in you should definitely check them out as well ♡
