  • Get upgraded to field level tickets for FREE at Citi Field!
Save this post since I’m going to share a few Citi Field hacks with the S’more community! 🆓FREE upgraded tickets: Right after you get off the long escalator that takes you upstairs to the Jackie Robinson Rotunda, you should see a Citi Perks Concierge booth (2nd picture). Show them the Citi app on your phone (they didn’t ask me to log in) and they’ll give you a free tote bag and any available free tickets they have in their possession. My group of four went from the 400 section to 100 section! Inventory varies depending on the game and demand but ours was for a Friday night that was rain delayed. We can’t believe it! In that section we saw players run home, appearances by Mr. Met, and someone storm the field! 📉Check the secondary market for ticket prices Since the Mets are not performing that well this season, ticket prices on the resale market tend to be half off their face value. We got our 400 level tickets for $15 on SeatGeek 🥤Free drink via the designated driver program Guests can sign up via the Ballpark App or they can visit the Designated Driver Booth located on the 1st base side near Section 115. In exchange for this pledge, guests receive a coupon that can be redeemed for a free 22-ounce fountain soda at most concession stands. 💳$10 off $50 food and merchandise paying with a Citi card Food and drink can add up at the ballpark but at least you can get a bit back if you are a Citi card member. Let me know what other hacks you have for Citi field!

Not really a hack but definitely go to a game when they are giving out promotional items. These are items only given out exclusively to the fans that show up on certain game days. Tickets are usually about the same price as regular games where there is no promotions as the Mets aren’t doing well.

@Serra I haven’t been to the US Open yet but I hear one trick is to get a grounds pass on the first week so you can watch the pros play on different courts
