My app and entree would have cost $46, never mind the breadsticks, dessert, instructor led class making 4 pasta shapes, and fresh dough to make and pasta to cook yourself at home! 🍷 First, you’ll be seated and order your appetizer, entree, and dessert from a prix fixe menu, and drinks if you wish. 🥚 Then you’ll gather at a large table with instructors on either end for a hands on demonstration of making pasta from scratch. You’ll learn to make 4 different shapes - farfalle, mafalda, tagliatelle, and campanelle! 🍽️ After the class, indulge in a delicious three course prefix dinner. recommend the mafalda, squid ink bucatini, chicken parm, broken meatball, and chicken bolognese! We get take out from here a lot because the pasta is sooo fresh and delicious!! 🍋‍🟩 The instructors were so helpful and wait staff so kind! We celebrated a birthday in my class as well with tequila shots! ℹ️ The experience lasted about 2.5 hours total.
