Sahola Cafe and Coffee opened at the very end of March and is located on 31st street between Park and Lexington Avenues. Sahola is a flower shop (located next door) that does events like weddings, along with residential flowers, corporate events, etc. The cafe is beautifully decorated with flowers (which is a given), and the coffee was pretty good. It says they serve coffee and light bites, but I didn’t see too many light bites when I was there. There isn’t a menu online yet, but I’m sure there will be as it becomes more established. I think once they are open for a few more weeks and more people hear about it, it’s going to be a very popular spot. There is also a backyard/outdoor type area in the back, but it’s not finished yet (hopefully this summer I was told). Overall, a very pretty and calming atmosphere with good coffee- I’m sure the menu will expand within the next few weeks. It’s so new I don’t think a lot of people have discovered it yet 💐
