Fumo (est. in 2016) is a neighborhood staple. Delicious food, great vibe. $12 pastas for lunch? YES PLEASE. Happy Hour Mon - Fri 4 to 7 pm. I saw this one on instagram and ran with my best friend. We aren’t heavy eaters so we both got 2 meals out of this. The service was AMAZING!! We visited the Kip’s Bay location but they also have a locations in the Upper East Side, Upper West Side and Harlem. We had the PENNE FUNGHI which was amazing!!!!! And the RIGATONI SALSICCIA. Usually for a deal like this the options are super limited but there are so many options to choose from, I would definitely be back!
