Uni shucking class in EV
Had a blast at Osakana's uni shucking class! 🍣
For $150+, we each tackled 5 live uni. The scissor method made it doable, even if my perfection skills were a work in progress. Thankfully, the instructor stepped in to clean them up nicely.
After the shucking adventure, we enjoyed a generous spread of sashimi, leaving me happily full. Overall, a fun and delicious experience! Highly recommend for a hands-on seafood adventure.
