Unique Experience or Money Grab? Unique Experience 🌟 Worth the Hype? Yes 😌 Cost: $38 💸 Time Spent: 2hrs + ⏳ Had such an amazing time at the "DIY Bottled Blooms & Concrete Leaves" workshop! 🌸🍃 If you’ve ever been to one of Nick and Darcy’s workshops, you know they bring such a fun, welcoming vibe. 😊 This time, we were joined by guest host Lenore Solmo, who taught us how to see plastic in a whole new light. ♻️✨ We started by decorating the bottoms of plastic bottles with markers to create different patterns and colors—there were so many cool ideas floating around the room! 🎨🌈 Then, we cut the bottles into the shapes we wanted and used a heat gun to mold them into beautiful flowers. 🌺✂️It was so satisfying to so satisfying watching the plastic soften and bend, transforming into something completely different. 🌡️🌟 But the fun didn’t stop there. We also got to work with concrete to make stunning leaves 🌿💫. The process of mixing and pouring the concrete was surprisingly therapeutic, and it was incredible to see how the concrete set into solid, textured leaves that added such an earthy, grounded feel to our floral creations. 🛠️🌱 The combination of the soft, colorful plastic flowers and the sturdy concrete leaves created a perfect contrast, and I couldn’t help but love how it all came together. It felt like the perfect way to honor the Earth by turning waste into something beautiful and creative. I walked away with a stunning flowers and a whole new perspective on what we can do with the things we usually throw away. 🌍💚If you’re looking to get your hands dirty, unleash your creativity, and make something meaningful, this workshop is definitely for you! 🙌✨...More
