Yesterday, I attended the grand opening of Wicked at Bloomingdale.
I was eagerly awaiting the post-concert Wicked goodies, but the event turned out to be a disappointment. The concert was hardly visible since the road wasn't blocked off, resulting in vehicles obstructing our view intermittently.
Numerous individuals, including myself, gathered outside from 3 PM to witness the opening. The event was scheduled to take place from 6:30 PM to 8 PM.
Following the opening, we proceeded indoors for refreshments. However, the treats were exclusively for VIPs, those who had RSVPed, or those willing to purchase them. The worst part was that some of the shops shut down prematurely at 7:15 PM while there were still goodies left. They refused to distribute them because they didn't have small bags for the donuts. Despite suggesting that they use tissues, they adamantly refused to give any away. The Bloomingdale staff and vendor kept the remaining two boxes for themselves and began eating right in front of us.
I've decided I will boycott Bloomingdale, and I won't attend any future events or buy anything from them....More

The wicked x holiday event at Bloomingdale’s is so festive! Every floor has some activation, including a free knitting workshop, that was my favorite. Hot chocolates, cocktails and mocktails and my favorite as shown in the first video, which is a bubbly lemonade.
Cynthia/ Elphaba will be doing the reveal. You can watch from across Bloomingdales. They will also be having live music!

So much fun! The event started at 6:30 so waiting outside was very cold. They also didn’t block the street where traffic was coming so it was a little hard to see the performers....More
